歪果仁都过圣诞节吗？
圣诞节是一个宗教节。因为把它当作耶稣的诞辰来庆祝，因而又名耶诞节。这一天，世界所有的基督教会都举行特别的礼拜仪式。每年12月25日，是基督徒庆祝耶稣基督诞生的庆祝日，在圣诞节，大部分的天主教教堂都会先在12月24日的耶诞夜，亦即12月25日凌晨举行子夜弥撒，而一些基督教会则会举行报佳音，然后在12月25日庆祝圣诞节；而基督教的另一大分支——东正教的圣诞节庆祝则在每年的1月7日，大多数的俄罗斯人在这一天过圣诞节。
而美国、欧洲的犹太人则是不过圣诞节的，有一位美国采购公司的老总就曾说过：我是一个美国犹太人，我们根本不过圣诞节，但是每年，我都会收到hundreds of Christmas greetings，这些圣诞祝福有的制作的非常精美，一看就是经过精心策划的，但是错误的节日祝福，让我觉得很啼笑皆非。
但如果对方是伊斯兰教，或者印度教，或者佛教徒，那么你给他特地发圣诞祝福，涵养好的客户收到这样的祝福，可能尴尬的一笑了之；脾气不好的，收到了极可能要骂你一句“stupid”；严格的宗教徒，估计要火冒三丈。
所以，在发送祝福之前，先搞清楚你的客户过不过圣诞节，以及什么时候过节。
怎样写一封祝福邮件？
首先，请注意抬头，最好加上Mr或Mrs、Miss以示尊重，这样的效果远胜于直接称呼“John and Mary Doe”）。
其次，在写正文的时候加入一些个性化的描述，不要让收件人感觉到这是一封群发的“模板”贺卡。可以问候一下收件人的近况，显得亲切一些，然后再送上圣诞、新年祝福。
另外请注意，在邮件中最好弱化本公司的年度成就，而着重于感谢客户的合作与支持。推广自己的机会有很多，这个时刻还是不要喧宾夺主了。
更有心的，可以制作Flash贺卡、GIF贺卡，或者录制一个小小的视频。让收件人感受到你的诚意。
